LUX LIBRIS 2003 / In collaboration with Stijn Ossevoort & Natasha Chetiyawardana
Lux Libris takes inspiration from the ritual of reading in bed at night. The action of putting the book down on the lamp's base slowly dims the light, and picking it up turns the lamp back on. My fascination with using different types of sensor created a strong desire to find another way to control an everyday object.
